Qualifications:

About the Role:
The PR Officer will be responsible for managing the complete visa lifecycle for company investors, partners, and esteemed guests. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth visa application process while maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your main duties will span across:

• Visa Processing & Compliance:
  Handle visa applications for investors, ensuring they meet the PR Center requirements and maintain accurate immigration records.
• Investor Relations & Support:
  Serve as the main contact for investor inquiries and coordinate their visits, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with Bayut’s values.
• Agency & Government Coordination:
  Build relationships with visa agents and liaise with government authorities to facilitate approvals and required documentation.
• Reporting & System Management:
  Manage an updated visa tracker and generate reports to enhance processing efficiency.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government relations. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Understanding Saudi visa regulations and experience with embassies and consulates will be advantageous.
