Job responsibilities

• New Employee Orientation: Develop and implement orientation and training programs for newcomers, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills and good understanding of labor laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A university degree or diploma at a minimum in any specialization.
• Excellent communication skills and politeness in dealing.
• Proficient in using a computer.
• High organization and ability to manage time.
