We are looking for a talented Office Manager to become a vital part of our expanding Operations team in Riyadh. At Assembly, we combine data, talent, and technology to deliver innovative solutions for media and more for some of the best brands globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and perform basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Book flights and hotels for staff and clients.
  • Maintain equipment trackers (monitors, headsets, etc.).
  • Manage office snack supplies.
  • Arrange shipments via FedEx with correct receiver details.
  • Submit utility and service invoices to the accounts team.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, with a preference for Saudi nationals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for effective task management.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize different tasks.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
