We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. At Burjline Builders, we pride ourselves on providing innovative construction solutions that enhance our clients' projects. In this role, you will align closely with our sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy in our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage sales and account management processes.
  • Support regional teams on *********** processes and drive global process alignment.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide proactive support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in account, sales pipeline, contracting, billing, renewal activities, and reporting.
  • Participate directly in weekly sales calls and monthly sales meetings.
  • Support activity and process reporting for special projects.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ************
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Must be a Saudi National and based in Riyadh.
