In this pivotal role, you will oversee all cost-related activities throughout the project lifecycle, aligning them with project requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
  • Monitor project costs, tracking variations and changes.
  • Analyze cost data and market prices for materials and services.
  • Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries.
  • Ensure cost control compliance with company and project standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to meet project objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a real estate development or construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Good understanding of construction materials and local market prices.
  • Ability to analyze financial and cost-related data accurately.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices in cost management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with cost management
  • Extensive experience in pre-contract preparation of cost plans at all RIBA stages
  • Advanced Excel skills

Desired Skills:
  • Well-rounded quantity surveying competency with experience from inception to completion in the Middle East and KSA
  • Delivery of pre-contract and post-contract services across multiple sectors and assets
  • Proficiency in Power BI and CostX or equivalent
