In this role, you will ensure the efficiency of our warehouse operations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
- Manage warehouse financial standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including filling and shipping customer orders.
- Maneuver inventory effectively and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouses and inventory management.
- Knowledge of ERP, Oracle, and oil & gas experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with a multicultural workforce.
