Storekeeper

About the Role

Mayar Foods Company is seeking a Storekeeper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position responsible for the comprehensive management of inventory and ensuring the accuracy of stock records. The role requires accountability for any discrepancies, whether negative or positive, and the ability to justify them with appropriate supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities

The Storekeeper will oversee and maintain all store activities, ensuring efficient operations and accurate record-keeping. This includes tracking material movements and supervising handling processes to minimize damage.

• Manage the dispatching and receiving of materials.
• Track stock levels and movements accurately.
• Utilize the ERP system for inventory management.
• Oversee general warehouse management activities.
• Implement and monitor infestation control measures.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the store and inventory.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess relevant experience in storekeeping and inventory management, demonstrating a strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control principles.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar Storekeeper role.
• Proficiency in managing inventory and ensuring stock accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems for warehouse operations.
• Ability to prepare and justify inventory discrepancies with supporting documents.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province. The role involves working within a warehouse environment, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
