You will be responsible for managing the restaurant facilities, overseeing the services provided, and handling procurement processes.
Responsibilities:- Managing the planning and delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitoring the consumption and use of materials and supplies.
- Managing the selection of suppliers and placing orders.
- Overseeing cleanliness and maintenance.
- Establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervising meal distribution and working in consultation with the catering officer.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or food production.
- 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Certifications such as Project Management (PMI) and E-Marketing are preferred.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
