- Maintain detailed guest profiles including preferences and special requests
- Collaborate with departments for seamless service delivery
- Prepare guest rooms with personalized amenities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries with professionalism
- Uphold guest confidentiality and security standards
- Demonstrate knowledge and respect for local customs
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong command of English; basic Arabic preferred
- Excellent grooming and communication skills
- Organizational abilities and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Butler service standards preferred
- Professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality
