Join Hilton as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor!
As a crucial member of the Hilton team, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the highest standards of upkeep and cleanliness across the hotel.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Allocating work duties to Team Members.
  • Performing routine inspections of check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms.
  • Reporting and following up on maintenance defects or other issues.
  • Inspecting service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly.
  • Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and other projects.
  • Managing and training Room Attendants and Team Members to meet performance standards.
  • Efficiently managing stock control and equipment maintenance.
  • Providing excellent guest service, including for VIP guests and special requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
  • A successful track record of team management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Preferred proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
