Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and overall reliability of our woodwork machinery, including CNC Holzher, Weining, and Biesse machines. Your expertise will ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Engineering:
    • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs for woodwork CNC machines.
    • Maintain and service air compressors and ensure efficient operation.
    • Execute and optimize maintenance plans while monitoring KPIs.
  • Technical Support:
    • Guide junior technicians and support shift teams during breakdowns.
    • Participate in training sessions for CNC systems and maintenance practices.
  • Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with production teams to improve machine performance.
    • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and failure analyses for management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
