Your Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation systems in stamping presses, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring automation failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation systems and eliminate downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians and operators.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in automation processes and risk management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation and maintenance in a stamping or metal-forming environment.
  • Proficient in PLC programming, robotics, and understanding automation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving productivity and process reliability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
