Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and proactive on-site communication.
- Conduct accurate, real-time reporting of work performed.
- Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisors.
- Take immediate action on-site in case of high-risk identification.
- Service Operations:
- Maintain safe working practices according to established instructions.
- Execute service visits efficiently, respecting schedules and quality standards.
- Submit timesheets accurately based on job execution.
- Maintain service tools and vehicles in good condition.
Requirements:- ITI/Vocational Certificate course / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic IT skills are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting with a recognized elevator company.
- A valid GCC driving license is a plus.
