Your Role:
In this leadership position, you will oversee all pastry and bakery operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity are met. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design innovative dessert menus and manage a skilled team of pastry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the pastry department ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Oversee daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring smooth execution and resource efficiency.
  • Train and mentor pastry staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Incorporate new culinary trends and ideas into the menu.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Foster teamwork and a high-performance atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • College degree in Culinary Arts or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 7 years in culinary leadership with specialization in pastry.
  • Strong management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Passion for pastry arts with an eye on industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
