Join Wild&Org as our Head Pastry Chef!We are excited to announce that we are opening a new healthy Grab&Go café in Jeddah, and we are looking for a passionate Head Pastry Chef who is dedicated to healthy baking and high-quality ingredients.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the pastry kitchen operations.
- Prepare and develop healthy pastries, breads, cookies, muffins, energy bars, and seasonal items.
- Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Ensure proper food safety, labeling, and storage standards are met.
- Monitor inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Support menu development and train kitchen staff.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
- Experience in healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly baking is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
