- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front office operations, ensuring smooth service at the Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Grand Club.
- Uphold Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards to meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Qualifications:
- A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is ideally preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
