Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control of all drinks.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests politely and efficiently.
- Set up and close the bar in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
- Record sales accurately and handle cash and credit responsibly.
- Report shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to local laws and company safety regulations.
- Coordinate with staff for smooth service and assist colleagues during peak hours.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in a high-end beverage department.
