تشغيل معدات تحضير القهوة تحت إشراف الباريستا المسؤول.
المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل.
استقبال العملاء وتنفيذ طلباتهم بأسلوب مهني.
الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات العمل.

المهارات المطلوبة:

مهارة تحضير القهوة والمشروبات الساخنة والباردة.
القدرة على استخدام معدات القهوة (ماكينة الإسبريسو، الطاحونة).
الاهتمام بالنظافة والترتيب.
مهارات تواصل جيدة وحسن التعامل مع العملاء.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي أوقات الذروة.
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

المتطلبات:

خبرة سابقة كـ بارستا ستكون ميزة إضافية.
