• Apply health and safety regulations.
• Present diverse food and drink menus and respond to customer inquiries.
• Relay customer feedback to management and propose improvements for food and drink offerings.
• Ensure a sufficient supply of clean cups and kitchen equipment.
• Conduct regular checks on machines and report maintenance needs.
• Receive customer orders with attention to detail and preferences.
• Prepare and serve beverages, pastries, and fast food items.
• Process cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness in the food and beverage preparation area.

• Proficiency in handling food and beverage preparation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in various shifts.
• Accounting skills and accuracy in billing.
• Attention to customer preferences and ingredient knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to different personalities.
