Job Title: Movement Supervisor (Security)We are looking for a Movement Supervisor (Security) to work inside a specialized health and rehabilitation center for the care of beneficiaries and to provide advanced therapeutic programs for special cases. In this role, you will have clear responsibilities to ensure the safety and security of visitors and beneficiaries within the center.
Responsibilities and Tasks:- Monitor the entrances and exits of the center and verify the identity of visitors while maintaining the privacy of beneficiaries.
- Conduct internal and external inspections to ensure compliance with security and safety standards.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and manage them according to the approved policies.
- Contribute to providing a safe and quiet environment that helps beneficiaries stabilize and complete their therapeutic programs.
- Collaborate with administrative and therapeutic teams to support security measures for sensitive cases.
- Accurately document daily observations and security reports.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in emergencies and when dealing with beneficiaries.
Requirements:- Practical experience in the security field of no less than two years.
- The ability to work in shifts (morning/evening).
- Good physical fitness and the ability to handle emergency situations.
- Full commitment to responsibility and discipline in performing tasks.
