As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of our products to assigned customers, while providing valuable insights on competition within your area. You will ensure the proper implementation of planograms and manage special orders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review prior to market visits.
• Identify and report new customers to your team leader.
• Engage with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and report to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
• Manage return forms for defective products and obtain approval before returns.
• Conduct quarterly reconciliation of customer accounts, obtaining necessary signatures.
• Perform inventory checks during each visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.

• Present customer orders along with daily collection to the team leader or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products and obtain approval before actual returns.
• Report any unresolved issues or objections to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliation, obtaining customer signatures/approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during visits covering warehouses and shelves.
