This position ensures compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and Saudi market standards to support winning tenders and achieving company profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and Analyzing Bids:
  Review bid documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and contractual requirements. Identify missing information, technical risks, and clarification inquiries.
• Quantity Take-off Analysis (QTO):
  Conduct accurate quantity take-off analysis using drawings and IFC documents. Prepare quantity take-offs according to standard formats.
• Cost Estimation:
  Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works. Analyze materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs based on Saudi market prices.
• Coordination with Suppliers and Subcontractors:
