Napco National is a leading Saudi company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of innovative packaging solutions. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to sell our comprehensive range of products and provide valuable feedback regarding competition within your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers.
  • Ensure proper implementation of planogram in retail spaces.
  • Issue special order requests as necessary.
  • Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
  • Prepare all necessary documents for calls and business reviews prior to market visits.
  • Identify and report new customers to the team leader.
  • Address customer complaints and report unresolved issues to the team leader.
  • Manage daily customer orders and collections.
  • Process returns of defective products after obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations.
  • Perform inventory checks during site visits covering warehouses and shelves.
