Job Accountabilities & Activities- Extend the customer portfolio by identifying new customers and new sales opportunities.
- Perform analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Follow up with customers on a regular basis.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives.
- Build, develop and maintain customer satisfaction through visits and telephone calls.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Increase market share in the assigned region.
- Cooperate with Aftersales Division to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the market and competitors' activities.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Education & CertificationsMechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Required Years Of Experience24 years' sales experience in the same field.
