Responsibilities:

Accurately analyze operating costs and provide detailed reports to support decision-making.
Collect data related to direct and indirect expenses.
Monitor variances between actual and planned costs.
Provide advice on cost reduction measures and profitability improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate costs for new projects.
Prepare periodic financial reports that provide clear insights to senior management.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or a higher diploma.
Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in cost accounting.
Strong skills in financial data analysis.
Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in using financial software such as Excel and QuickBooks.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounting standards.

المتطلبات الأساسية

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التكاليف والمخزون .
خبرة مثبتة في أعمال الجرد الدورية والسنوية.
معرفة قوية في إدارة المخزون وسلاسل الإمداد.
مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية متميزة واهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي ذات العلاقة المحاسبية.

المؤهلات المفضلة

شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
الخبرة في التحليل المالي المتقدم.
الإلمام بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) أو أنظمة إدارة المخزون الحديثة.

About the Role:
The Sales Engineer will utilize their knowledge and experience in PEB, Structural Steel, and Construction Equipment to successfully sell and promote our products. Candidates must demonstrate high energy levels and a positive attitude to effectively cover the market and engage with decision-makers to secure profitable business for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate quotes from various sources, including corporate houses, public sector, private companies, individuals, and NGOs.
Raise quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements and consultants’ drawings.
Prepare techno-commercial offers for customer submission.
Negotiate with customers and finalize contracts.
Coordinate with customers and head office for drawings and material dispatch.
Handle payment collections and ensure contract completions.
Report sales forecasts and maintain regular communication with superiors.
Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Develop new markets to expand business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

Age: Below 32 years.
Experience: 4-10 years in PEB companies, project selling, or construction equipment.
Technical Knowledge: Background in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture and able to interpret structural drawings.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and people management skills.
