We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in sandwich panel materials to join our dynamic sales team.

About the Role:
The Sales Engineer will utilize their knowledge and experience in PEB, Structural Steel, and Construction Equipment to successfully sell and promote our products. Candidates must demonstrate high energy levels and a positive attitude to effectively cover the market and engage with decision-makers to secure profitable business for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quotes from various sources, including corporate houses, public sector, private companies, individuals, and NGOs.
• Raise quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements and consultants’ drawings.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers for customer submission.
• Negotiate with customers and finalize contracts.
• Coordinate with customers and head office for drawings and material dispatch.
• Handle payment collections and ensure contract completions.
• Report sales forecasts and maintain regular communication with superiors.
• Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop new markets to expand business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: Below 32 years.
• Experience: 4-10 years in PEB companies, project selling, or construction equipment.
• Technical Knowledge: Background in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture and able to interpret structural drawings.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and people management skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper implementation of planograms.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices following the company's aging policy.
• Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews.
• Identify and report new customers in your area to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and report to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collections for the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products with appropriate approvals.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations.
• Perform inventory checks during visits to warehouses and shelves.
