Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate in a friendly, professional manner with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Provide information regarding the hotel's facilities and services.
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards.
• Be flexible with job responsibilities to meet business needs.
• Care for the environment by keeping it tidy and well-maintained.
• Report all incidents, accidents, and guest complaints.
• Conduct linen and uniform inventory with the Housekeeping Storekeeper.
• Issue uniforms and maintain washing records for staff.
• Manage lost and found items in the guest laundry.
• Supervise key handling procedures to ensure security.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Understanding of laundry operations.
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive attitude and commitment to high standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a wellness-driven environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift or carry items up to 25 kg.
• Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and stair climbing.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
