Join our Team as an Electrical Supervisor!We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance operations within large-scale facilities and infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance operations.
- Lead and manage a team of 20–40 electrical technicians and 2–4 foremen.
- Oversee maintenance of electrical distribution panels and lighting systems.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate maintenance tasks and resources.
- Ensure effective execution of preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Prepare documentation for work permits and monitor maintenance performance.
- Inspect completed work for compliance with safety and technical requirements.
- Supervise commissioning of new electrical installations.
- Maintain inventory levels of electrical spare parts and operational records.
- Analyze system performance and prepare reports for project management.
Requirements:- B-Tech Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and management.
- Good command of English and strong leadership skills.
Preferred Experience:- Experience in Facilities Management.
- Supervising large maintenance teams.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
