Join Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort located in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, as a Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager.

In this role, you will support the Spa & Wellness Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our world-class spa facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities.
  • Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to brand standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of spa equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist in managing the spa's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative spa treatments and wellness programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa and wellness management or related field, preferably in luxury hospitality settings.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the spa industry.
  • Spa management certification preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
