We are seeking a talented Pastry Sous Chef to be a part of our French Cafe team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the pastry department, ensuring that our offerings meet Hyatt International's corporate standards while exceeding the expectations of our guests and owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production for all pastry products in the French Cafe.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in outlets and banquets, contributing to overall success.
  • Maintain creative, high-end dessert execution and standards in banqueting and breakfast buffets.
  • Oversee operational and administrative aspects of the pastry department.

Qualifications:
  • Professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialization.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a French Cafe.
  • Excellent knowledge of French pastry techniques and skills in baked goods.
  • GCC experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong practical, operational, and administrative skills with attention to detail and creativity.
