Key Responsibilities:

Follow mechanical schematics of systems and machines, diagnosing mechanical failures and identifying their causes.
Estimate the quantities and costs of materials and supplies needed for maintenance.
Monitor the execution of essential maintenance activities and test equipment after repairs.
Follow up on preventive maintenance programs as per schedules.
Prepare, present, and document work reports accurately.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Energy, or relevant fields.
3 years of practical experience in mechanical maintenance.
Advanced Arabic language skills; proficiency in English is preferred.

About the Role:
As a Mechanical Technician at ACWA Power, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical machinery. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, modification, overhauling, and installation activities in line with our operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
Monitor the physical condition of machines and report issues to the Mechanical Supervisor.
Respond to mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using technical manuals and diagrams.
Check stock levels of spare parts for effective inventory control.
Document maintenance activities and update logs for reference.

Qualifications:

A technical certificate / Associate’s Diploma in Mechanical maintenance.
3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a plant environment.

Practical knowledge of relevant plant equipment and mechanical maintenance principles.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Awareness of HSE and quality standards.
