About the Role
The Security & Safety Supervisor plays a vital operational role in supporting the resort’s overall safety and security framework. This position ensures the protection of guests, employees, and property while upholding the discreet, polished, and guest‑centric environment expected in a luxury 5‑star resort. The Supervisor is responsible for the smooth execution of daily security operations, proactive risk management, and consistent adherence to safety procedures, incident protocols, and regulatory requirements. Strong operational awareness, leadership ability, and a service‑minded approach are essential to success in this role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise day‑to‑day security and safety operations, ensuring full compliance with resort policies, emergency procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Review and validate incident reports to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow‑up action.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to address immediate security concerns and operational issues.
  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure thorough handovers between shifts.
  • Lead and supervise investigations of all security‑related incidents, ensuring proper documentation, analysis, and corrective action.

Knowledge & Skills Required
In line with Saudization requirements, this opportunity is available to Saudi Nationals only. The candidate should have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably within a luxury 5‑star hotel or resort environment. Strong capability in incident management, emergency planning, and risk assessment is essential.
