Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and operational objectives.
- Manage logistics operations including freight coordination, customs clearance, and transportation optimization.
- Oversee inventory planning and control to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce slow-moving inventory.
- Supervise warehouse operations ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient distribution.
- Establish and enforce supply chain policies, SOPs, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Business Units, Finance, and Procurement teams to align supply chain operations with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, implementing improvements for enhanced performance.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.
Requirements:- Mandatory experience in the Saudi market.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, customs processes, and freight management.
- Experience in inventory planning and warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:- Arabic speaking preferred.
- Experience in distribution, trading, or logistics industries.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
