About the Role

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
  • Possess strong hands-on experience in order management and demand planning.
  • Familiar with import/export processes and customs procedures.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
  • Strong communicators with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing end-to-end order management processes.
  • Planning and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Coordinating demand forecasts with sales teams.
  • Overseeing logistics processes including imports and distribution.
  • Monitoring supply chain KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
