• Valet Services: Oversee professional packing, unpacking, garment pressing, and shoe shining.
• Food & Beverage Coordination: Manage in-villa dining experiences, ensuring excellence in presentation.
• Experience Curation: Anticipate guest preferences and curate bespoke itineraries.
• Inter-Departmental Liaison: Ensure coordination with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams.
• Standards & Compliance: Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Sustainability: Promote responsible resource use and local cultural experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, particularly in Butler service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
• Understanding of luxury service etiquette and cultural sensitivity in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in a pre-opening environment is preferred.

Are you an experienced security professional looking to lead security operations in a luxury environment? Raffles & Fairmont are seeking a visionary Cluster Director of Security to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets at our properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee training and management of security personnel.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement for compliance.
• Manage security budgets and resources across the cluster.
• Implement and maintain advanced security technologies and systems.
• Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency responses.
• Provide security briefings and reports to senior management.
• Ensure security measures align with luxury standards.
• Stay informed about global security trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Advanced security certifications (CPP or PSP).
• 10+ years of security management experience, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in luxury hospitality security operations.
• Extensive knowledge of security management systems and crisis management.
