Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills Required:
  • Experience with CRM systems (*, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or consultative sales.
