Role Purpose:As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in:
- Planning and coordinating construction projects, including schedules and documentation.
- Site coordination, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating civil, architectural, MEP, and contractor works.
- Track site progress, documentation, and approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support cost tracking, variations, and change requests.
- Assist with compliance, handover, and close-out activities.
- Prepare progress updates and basic reports.
Qualifications & Competencies:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction or project coordination.
- Basic understanding of construction processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
