Join Napco National as a Sales Executive!
We are seeking a dynamic individual to sell our extensive range of products to assigned customers, adhering to group channel guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback on competition activities and suggest counteractions.
  • Prepare special order requests and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Ensure complete order fulfillment without leaving excess stock.
  • Collect invoices according to the company's aging policy.
  • Maintain professional business relationships and revisit lost customers.
  • Open new accounts and ensure all documentation is valid.
  • Facilitate customer training on our ECOM platform.
  • Document and report customer complaints.
  • Process customer orders through our systems.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy machinery or construction equipment sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven track record in heavy machinery sales
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
