We are looking for an individual who understands that sales is not just about calls but an entire ecosystem of numbers, CRM, and managing the customer journey with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients through the CRM system with complete professionalism.
  • Accurately record and update all data.
  • Understand the customer journey from the initial lead to closing.
  • Analyze customer needs (budget, property type, timing).
  • Organize follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide weekly performance reports.

Experience Required:
  • Experience using a CRM system (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Managing Pipeline and Lead Stages.
  • Scheduling follow-ups within the system.
  • Understanding Conversion Rate and Sales Funnel.
  • Professionally handling objections and closing deals.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Organized personality dependent on numbers.
  • High negotiation skills.
  • Full commitment to CRM systems.
