Key Responsibilities:- Conduct maintenance on all types of air conditioning units including window A/C, split AC, and roof-mounted chillers.
- Monitor the operation of air handling units and perform preventive maintenance on chilled water systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on HVAC systems to ensure functionality.
- Provide emergency maintenance services as needed for urgent HVAC issues.
- Prepare technical reports for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Assist with maintaining building elevators and intercom systems.
Qualifications:- Trade Certificate in Air-Conditioning ventilation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and follow written instructions.
