Cipher7 Business Consulting & Digital Solutions is seeking a qualified Business Management Analyst to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and requires candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on business management within specific target industries.

Position Focus and Industry

The Business Management Analyst will serve as an Assistant Specialist, primarily supporting business management functions. The role is specifically targeted towards candidates with experience in the Aviation, Airline, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) sectors, bringing specialized knowledge to client projects.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of overall work experience is required.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field related to business management or the target industries.
• A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Aerospace/Aviation Science, Computer Science, MIS, or Business-related disciplines is essential.

Specialized Expertise

Successful candidates must possess specific technical and operational expertise to effectively perform in this role:

• Aviation Software (AMOS): Strong working knowledge or hands-on experience within the AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance and Operational System) environment, specifically within the aviation or MRO sector.
• IT Infrastructure: A solid understanding or background in IT infrastructure is necessary to support system updates, database maintenance, and operational reporting effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position with Cipher7 Business Consulting & Digital Solutions. The role is based in the Makkah region, with primary work locations in either Jeddah or Makkah. The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
