The Role of Business Analyst

Naseej is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in preparing business documentation, developing user stories, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Analyze and model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and identify improvements.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, process flows).
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Product Owners.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Strong background in gathering business requirements.
Proven experience in analyzing business processes.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Experience in preparing business documentation.
Proficiency in developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
