Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives for government and large-scale organizations.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position requires strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system integration, and stakeholder management across various project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives and solution requirements.
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and other project documentation.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze and improve business processes through process reengineering initiatives.
• Support system integration projects by defining functional requirements and API integration specifications.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participate in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Contribute to projects delivered using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system integration, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project environments.
• Proven ability to support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working with government and large-scale organizations on significant technology initiatives.
