Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate system requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist in developing functional specifications and system designs.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and workflow diagrams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for telecom projects.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing telecom processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Solution Design Support: Work with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs and telecom standards.
• Data Analysis: Interpret telecom data (billing, usage, network performance) to provide actionable insights.
• Testing & Validation: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to telecom regulations and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in telecom or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies (VoIP, MPLS, LTE, 5G, OSS/BSS systems).
• Proficiency in requirement gathering tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with telecom billing systems and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance such as CST, FCC, GDPR, etc.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
