In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You will manage payroll operations, guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and contribute significantly to the efficiency of our financial operations.

As a Payroll Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
  • Maintaining employee records by updating payroll information in compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborating with HR to process new hires and terminations accurately.
  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management, providing insights into labor costs.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies.
  • Conducting regular audits of payroll data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying updated on changes in payroll legislation.
  • Coordinating with external auditors during payroll audits.
  • Assisting in developing payroll policies that align with company goals.
