Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, deductions, and bonuses
- Administer benefits such as health insurance, leave balances, and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal payroll policies
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related journal entries
- Maintain accurate employee records for compensation and benefits
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits queries professionally
Skills Required:- Proficient in payroll systems and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, or ADP)
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and statutory compliance
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and handle sensitive data
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
- 35 years of experience in payroll and benefits accounting
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Preference will be given to Saudi nationals
