In this role, you will be responsible for motivating a team to meet productivity expectations and align with company goals. You will work closely with the Shift Manager to monitor attendance and workflow, addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily management of department duties.
  • Assign tasks to associates to meet daily production goals.
  • Conduct briefings, give feedback, and perform audits and inspections.
  • Train and upskill new associates.
  • Track and report departmental metrics.
  • Analyze factors affecting success in meeting KPIs.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.
  • Enhance product flow throughout the station and address safety hazards.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and maintain physical activity during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
