Join KONE as a Sales EngineerWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for New Equipment Business to be based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. What you'll do:- Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints with the KONE team.
- Document and maintain customer and contact information.
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
- Identify customer needs and align them with KONE’s solutions.
- Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM of opportunities, tasks, and visits.
Are you the one?- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in the Saudi market.
- Experience in the elevators & escalators industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong customer focus and proven sales record.
- CRM experience is preferred.
