The Role of the Receptionist at Nasmat Al-Dhahabiya Travel and Tourism CompanyJoin our team as a hotel receptionist and be part of an amazing guest experience. You will be responsible for overseeing guest services at the reception desk, including booking processes, check-in, and check-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining the reservations list and providing necessary records.
- Enhancing customer service levels and satisfaction, and following up on disputes and complaints.
- Effectively implementing hotel policies and procedures.
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with travel agencies.
- Reviewing hotel rates and organizing invoices accordingly.
Job Requirements:- The applicant must have a three-year diploma in hotel management or related fields.
- Experience in hotel management and reception.
- Advanced skills in handling complaints and supervision.
- Attention to detail and accountability are essential.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
The work will be for six days a week, with morning/evening work hours.
