We are looking for a distinguished receptionist to join our dynamic team. The goal of this role is to provide an effective welcoming experience for visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are accurately met.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Welcoming visitors and clients and identifying their demands.
• Providing visitors with the required information and informing the relevant reference about the reviewers.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries or transferring calls to the relevant reference.
• Making internal communications to obtain the necessary information.
• Scheduling interview appointments and recording the names of the reviewers in the special registers.
• Adhering to the procedures and policies governing work.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Advanced receptionist skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Work Environment: (Six working days a week, morning and evening shifts).

Benefits: A salary ranging from 4000 to 4200 Saudi Riyals.
