Full-time Supervision of workflow within the restaurant hall and ensuring high-quality service for customers, by directing and coordinating the service team and achieving customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of the service team in the hall (waiters, cashier, hosts).
• Ensuring the hall is ready in terms of cleanliness, tidiness, and availability of necessary tools before receiving customers.
• Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met and responding to their inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure accuracy and speed in delivering orders.
• Training and guiding new employees and supervising their performance.
• Following up on the implementation of the restaurant's operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing daily reports on operational observations within the hall and submitting them to management.
• Assisting in organizing events or activities within the restaurant if necessary.
Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers.
• Ability to lead the team and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Proficiency in English is preferred
